OT idea to prevent innocent bystanders getting hit

Far too many innocent bystanders are getting hit these days.
Here’s an OT idea:
Open up a range in the hoods to teach young people proper marksmanship so their chance of hitting innocent bystanders goes down significantly. Also saves Taxpayers money in the long run by having less people on food stamps, disability pay, section 8 type housing and in prison.
The range could be a private franchise all across America’s inner cities and troubled areas.

If you really wanted to end these shootings, you would have government sponsored brothels for alienated young men. Anybody with a note from a psych could visit once or twice a week.

Bring back legalized duels and provide a venue for same

That Adventure Outdoors place in Smyrna, GA is in a pretty rough neighborhood. I don't like their range but the store is nice
