re: OT gym rats - what does your back/shoulder routine look like?

Been doing the bulldozer workout...basically rest/pause training.
Back/Bi day is:
- Deadlifts: 10 sets/1 rep each/30 second rest interval
- Bent barbell rows: 5 sets to total 25 reps with 30 second rest intervals
- Pull-ups: 5 sets to total 30 reps with 30 second rest intervals
- Seated dumbbell curls: 5 sets to total 35 reps with 30 second rest intervals
- EZ Bar curls: 5 sets to total 30 reps with 30 second rest intervals
This workout takes me less than an hour, doesn't require heavy weight, and I am drenched in sweat and noticing more intense doms. Liking it so far...
