OT glaziers, can you help a brother?

I have an old door frame purchased at an architectural salvage store, 6'x6' arch top, need to have glass cut(with some type of insulation value,) for it, also, it doesn't look as if there was ever any glass in the frame(2"x6",) would like to mount it in the center of the 2x, local glass places I've contacted so for aren't much help, can anyone help? TIA
