That's not enough calories to suffice working out 6 days a week, if your working out with a good amount of weight

There is no such thing as "toned"

"Toned" is a marketing gimmick/buzzword used to sell workout equipment and exercise videos to women.

No man should ever use the word toned.

You are either in shape with muscle mass and low body fat or you are fat. No in between, no "toned"

You're going to get bored as crap with that. Then you will give it up. Are you really planning on eating just that?

There are better fish that are much healthier than tilapia. Ever checked out the farms those things are grown on?

Workout 6 days a week

Combine a 6 day/week exercise plan and the above diet and you won't make it 2 weeks.

Definitely. Why eat pond raised tilapia when you can eat literally anything else and see no meaningful cost difference?

You need some better snacks mid-AM/mid-PM, and probably a Casein Protein shake before bed.

I had someone do a skin caliper test today and the numbers said I was at 7.5% BF. It was only a 3 site test, and I'll have her run a 7 site test on Monday.

No way in hell I'm at 7.5% right now weighing in at 197. I'd be competing at the Arnold Classic if so.

What if you are working out that much and eating that much with the goal of weight loss. Still a bad plan?

Casein is slow release and will keep the metabolism going longer while you sleep than a glass of milk.

If you are trying to lose weight, you can eat that diet without working out and lose weight
Like someone else said, if you are working out hard and doing that diet, you won't last long. You're starving your body. You aren't eating enough calories and your body will crash
