OT Docs: Question about footpain

I woke up about 5:15 (would have been 3:15 CST) with a horrible pain in left foot. Walking is difficult at best and I can't flex my 4th and 5th toes. I was able to walk to class, but it was painful. There is no noticeable bruising or swelling. Could it just be a pinched nerve? Thoughts?

ETA: When sitting down, the pain starts mid achilles tendon area, radiates down the lateral side and I cannot flex or abduct the digiti minimi.
