I teach a class every January-February at Southern Law Center. Traffic is so bad, I usually exercise right there at the university gym. I don't like carrying wet shoes around so I just hop in the shower quickly barefoot before changing and heading to class.

I don't think that's where it came from, but I have a fungus on my two large toenails. The ends are yellow and cracking, and it's starting to creep further down.

What can I use to cure this? I've heard Vicks vapor rub will work.

Any suggestions?

If your toe nails are involved and you want to cure it, see a Dermatologist. You will have to take pills if that is what it is.

If it's truly in the nails you'll need 12 weeks of anti-fungal pills.

You're seriously trusting the OT over a doctor when seeking medical advice?

In your case, I'm betting on the fungus.

No it's not OTC. You'll need a Rx.

Lamisil prescription or soak feet in vinegar for about 40 mins every day. I recommend Lamisil. You'll have to get a blood test with it but if your kidneys are in good shape it won't be a problem. Toenail fungus will only get worse and will eventually spread to your fingernails. going to the doctor sucks but it is inevitable.

My buddy Kalunda (not his real name) told me he soaks his feet in urine to battle fungus and to regenerate the skin...
