Leg day for me, followed by a mile run this afternoon
Ate egg white, onions and peppers, and turkey bacon cooked in a muffin pan for breakfast, just knocked out a quest bar. Veggies and turkey for lunch, followed by a protein shake after workout and baked chicken breast and veggies for dinner. May eat a few almonds and peanut butter as a snack tonight.

from jan 5th til today i have lost 11lbs.

lets get it OT

I meant to go at my normal time this morning, but the Super Bowl got the best of me.

Actually on my way now.

Agility X tonight. I hate this workout. It's kind of weak. I may sub in Warrior X instead.

I would much rather do Warrior X. I'm starting body beast today.

I'm freaking jealous. I want to do BodyBeast so bad, but I have a second kid going into private school so my wants are being placed on the backburner. I would need to get a bench, ez curl set up. That comes out to like 400 bucks on the website.

Bench and deadlift day for me. I'm dealing with a shoulder injury, so I've been keeping it pretty light on bench.
