Do you mean, can person C file charges on person A for threatening person B?

Couple of points

1. To answer your question. Only if person B is person C's minor child

2. An assault is not a physical attack. That is why I described it as "threatening"

3. A physical attack is a battery.

Thanks Chappy. It was a physical assault and person C is not a minor.

Ok, no. They are an adult, they have to take care of themselves.

Now, to be clear, if they are unconscious, the police won't wait for them to regain consciousness. Person C can be a witness.

Typical A pressed assault charges on B but physically assaulted B. B has been arrested and person C is trying to get person B out of prison and file charges if possible on A.

No, you can't press charges on person A when they beat up person B. Person B is screwed, and should probably quit hanging out with person A. Now, as for you, as your fake Internet attorney, I advise you to stop hanging around with trashy people.
