OT civil attorney recommendations? NSFW

I learned today that a good friend of mine, Bill Clover, is having a civil issue with a child of his. Child is of legal age and has been renting a house from Bill and that's where the problems start.
So we are dealing with what I believe is a civil issue that involves real estate ...
Bill lives in the Baton Rouge area and asked me for attorney recommendations. I drew a blank on civil attorneys, so I am asking the OT.

Bill Clover suing his kid? Sounds like bad parenting and a trashy person to me.
Maybe if Bill Clover started drug testing that pos when they were in elementary school, he wouldn't be having these problems today.

While not inside his home at all times, Bill has been a great friend of mine and I believe him to be (and his wife) exceptional parents.
Unfortunately there are some things that occurred (that won't be shared on here for respect of his privacy) that now require a professional's opinion and direction.

There are literally thousands of "civil attorneys" in BR. Maybe if you'd actually give a little bit of detail on what the issue/dispute is...

Right, I mean even a divorce is a "civil" suit right? Seems like there needs to be some sort of detail to help push you in the right direction. I know a good "civil" lawyer but he handles insurance stuff.
