Anyone have recommendations on where to do this? I need replacement lenses for existing frames and know exactly what I want, just don't know who the leading vendors are.

Just Use warby Parker. Get a whole new pair for $95.

Use eyebuydirect several times and they have been great.

Quality glasses, no hassle on a return (no reason needed), fairly quick (could always be faster)

Due to my eyes being fricked up, $20 is about the cheapest I have gotten. The wife has done $5 plus shipping before.

Please re-read the OP - I don't want new frames.

I guess you would be sending your glasses off to get redone. I have never done that, nor heard of anyone who does it.

Lenscrafters is a no go or just too expensive?

You will probably end up paying more for frames than a new pair

Trying to match the lenses will be more expensive

Correct.

Seems pretty expensive, there have to be online options that cost less. I can easily afford it, I just don't want to overpay if I don't have to.

What is the google machine telling you about options? Eyebuydirect may do this, I just never looked.

I couldn't find anything on their site, unfortunately.

I used eyeglasses.com several years ago for exactly the same thing and was very happy with the result.
