Yeah
Do a PubMed search if you are interested in hundreds if not thousands of studies that show both causal and spectral relationships

Woke up this morning, saw this post, and just wanted to give a downvote.

Well just so long as you know the risks
The rate is 30 to 50 year old males with oral sex caused oral and throat cancer has skyrocketed in last two decades
Be careful out there

what's the point of living until you're 80 if squeezing in those 20 years means you give up 40 years of oral sex?
this is a legit quote about living life that applies to this thread fully:

you don't beat the reaper by living longer. you beat the reaper by living better

No
The virus that causes it, HPV, does not cause any symptoms when you contract it. And the cellular changed that lead to cancer may not occur for five to twenty years (perhaps even longer) after first contracting HPV
And by the time the dysphasia occurs you may already have cleared hpv from your system

Because most of those dying are 30 to 50 years old
Which I would call the prime of life
And yes you can live a very happy life without oral sex
Happy sex life too
Are u willing to give up 30 to 50 years of life for oral sex?

Read it in devita's Cancer 9th edition yesterday - doubt u have online access unless you're in medicine
Just do epidemiological search on oral cancers in America

Oral cancers in males aged 30 to 50 are becoming what cervical cancer in women was a century ago

So if you've gone down on a woman who has had some cellular changes on PAP smear, is it safe to assume you've contracted the problematic strain of HPV?
If you have contracted the cancer causing strain, can you worsen or increase your chances of cancer if you repeatedly go down on the same woman?

Very good questions
And the answer is no one knows
The virus infects and does the damage to epithelial DNA. But sometimes the virus is cleared or goes dormant even after the dysplasia occurs
I asked this question (essentially what you asked) to one of the world's leading HpV experts a few weeks ago. He paused for 30 seconds and thought about it and said "I don't think the cancerous cells contain the virus but they could."

Is the dysplasia visible during an EGD much like Barrett's?
What if you continue with the same woman? Are you worsening the situation once you have already contracted it?

What if she only sucks on balls? Is that a safe option?

As for repeatedly exposing yourself to the virus it is probably a bad idea
The more exposures you have to the virus the more likely you are to get reinfected (assuming your body cleared the first infection). Also increases likelihood of viral mutation the more exposures.
Current research into hpv mutations as a result of gardasil shows high possibility of viral mutation to more virulent cancer causing as a result of the caccine
