Some skank that owns a tee shirt shop that the OT seems to love .. And she is greasing the poles in the French Quarter .. They do it every year at Mardi Gras to keep the drunks from climbing the poles to get on the balconies.

There are Fleurty Girl stores in NOLA on St. Peter and also on Magazine Streets. "Everything New Orleans." She owns them.
What she's doing: In the FQ, they grease the poles so people cannot climb up them.
