on average , who has a more unrelaistic body image ?

Guys will tell any chick that theyre hot at 2am
so some chicks think they're all that.
a lot of guys will think fat arms looks big therefore muscular
women are also very self critical and will obsess about the tiniest thing that most guys wont even notice.
so with all the variables,,, which gender is more delusional ?
