Old Tiger Stadium seats

My 12 year old son just got discharged from Texas Children's Hospital after major back surgery and an episode that resulted in a stay in the ICU. He has always wanted a chair back seat of the old Tiger Stadium chairs that were removed years ago. He goes to school with a friend who has a set of seats in his room. If anyone knows where I might purchase this for him, please shoot me an email at whodatfaninhouston@gmail.com Cameron is a great kid and loves going to watch his Tigers play in Tiger Stadium. Man good luck on that. I've got a seat bottom but that's it. I found it going through some boxes about a month ago

I actually had a buddy approach me about selling some last month, the issue was he lives in Florida so I didn't want to deal with shipping. Let me reach out and see if he still has them.

I actually bought some a couple of years back and had them blasted and painted. They came out great. Guys name was Chad Gennardo. His company did the demo on the west side upper deck renovation . I'll see if I can locate his number.

First, I am very glad to hear that your little man has been released! Hope you find some seats to buy....unfortunately, those are generally just resale so from demolition contractors, so finding them is kinda random.

There are still some at LSU, behind left field of the new Alex Box (in the employee only area). Just saw them there during regionals, just sitting there. Go over there and ask someone about them.

Years ago I was at Dodger Stadium's gift shop. I saw them selling pairs of their old wooden fold down stadium seats for about $250 for 2. Guy behind the counter said they sold very well.
Can't believe LSU wouldn't have done that for profit.
