I don't care who you are or what nationality. The guy deserves no trial. Witnesses are present and no need for the maxim "Innocent till proven guilty." The dude is a freaking menace to society. Save everyone time and money. Take him to the nearest tree, string him up and let him go and let him hang by the neck in what I would hope would be a slow and painful death.
