Googled it (this thread was 6th result btw).
One guy said he ate as many as 80 no problem but he knew what he was doing. Lady said she helped surgery on guy who only ate 1. Another dude said becasue the marbles are so smooth they may "slip" into the bladder and then clog your urethra if you couldn't pass it.
