I drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning with no issues ever.
But I workout in the evening (6 pm) so there shouldn't have been any kind of cumulative affect of coffee plus the supplement.
Supplement label states about 200 mg of caffeine per dose, but they are likely under-reporting that, based on my response to their product.

I've taken that stuff a hundred times without incident.
It cannot be overstated that unregulated supplements have questionable accuracy in ingredients reporting on the label, not to mention clean manufacturing.

You're excreting the caffeine throughout the day, half-life is about 5 hours, so if your first cup of coffe is at 7 by lunch half that caffeine is out of your system.
By 6pm you shouldn't have any issues.
And check the label again. 200 mg might be the caffeine dose of the lowest possible dose, i.e. if you take 1 scoop instead of 2.
