years ago there was a guy in the parish who owned 2 tree lots across the street from each other. he would jack the prices at one lot so high, people gladly crossed the street to get fricked by the cheaper trees which were still grossly overpriced.

We usually cut them out of the netting to see before we buy....but Home Depot always has quality trees.

We do go pretty soon after Thanksgiving though.

Last winter we went up to Frankenmuth and bought one of those $400 fake trees that are 8 feet tall with half a million lights already on and in it.

Got home and the branch holders on the bottom level are bent so that level is REALLY low on one side. No return policy. frick you Bronner's. frick you.

I do. I tried bending them back up with pliers and they wouldn't budge.

What do I do with the drill?

if its the kind with metal hinges on the limbs you can drill a new small hole and insert a small screw to hold it.

yea, all of the branches are attached on hinges, not the kind you have to insert that branches. I think I understand what you are talking about. I'll look at it when we unbox the son of a bitch next weekend.

I ran the farm for my uncle while in school.

It was always crazy.

One time my sister's friend showed up with her boyfriend who smelled like weed and was all glassy eyed (He in College/ Me in High School). He accused me of being like a small town sheriff getting everyone's money at Christmas.

I politely threatened to whip his arse in front of his girlfriend and ran him off with no tree. Pussy

So someone indicating they made a mistake and then going above and beyond to service you anyway is "ripoff"?
