We have a guy who never takes a day off, comes in 2 hours early, then complains that he works too much and never gets a day off.

Youre thinking...wow, he must be busy? No. He does maybe an hour of work in a 12 hour span.

I don't let other people bother me. I focus on my job, don't take breaks, and let the chips fall where they may. You waste energy worrying about what other people are doing. I'm cordial but I'm not there to make friends.

Women who come to your desk and actually sit on it to talk. As in, put their asses on the space you work.

Not a big deal and a quick way to share a past conversation that the person wasn't involved in.

People where I work like to yell across the office to each other to ask questions, make statements, etc...

There's a few who simply call out someone's name, and just wait til that person comes to their desk. It's always women. Reminds me of a mother calling for their children in another room.

Pick up the fricking phone people!!!

I'm the same way to an extent. The reason it bothers me is because I don't go seeking it out. I'm trying to work and they assault my ears and mood with their shenanigans

People with offices next to each other and still talk on speakerphone. Without closing their doors.

And on the "Lean Cuisine" comment: a former co-worker was nuking an eggplant parmesan dinner that stunk up the whole floor. Guy sitting next to me said "Man, an aardvark would turn his nose up at that!"

you dominating?

I admit, I would laugh if I heard this in passing, but if I was being asked this for 15 years, I'd go postal eventually

At first i did laugh when he said it, now not so much.

Trust me it very hard not to rip into him every time he walks in. I normally just snicker and ask him if i can help him.

There is a guy that crunches ice during breaks and lunch, nonstop. I want to kill him.

I HATE when I'm on my phone and people come up to me and start asking me for things or talking to me. I'm clearly busy at the moment and it's rude to interrupt.

ETA: Work calls...not like I'm just chit chatting on my cell phone with friends.

When people pass my office and look in.. every single time.

Clinking of forks on glass plates. Go eat your food in the kitchen.
