Office Chairs - What is your preference?

I'm way too young to be having lower back pain, and not yuppie enough to sit on a yoga ball at the office.
What are some OT ergonomic recommendations for office comfort?
Does anyone stand at their desk? Pros/Cons?

Standing desk is the only way to go.
Sitting is for fatties.

Cue the "sitting is the new smoking" crowd.
ETA. Someone already beat me to it.

I brought my old office chair from home when we bought a new one for our office at home.

I sit in a Recaro office chair. It was expensive AF but it's still saving my back 10 years later.

Have a standing desk. Probably stand half the day.

Well this thread was about as helpful as a shite flavored lollipop.
Thanks OT.

I think your expectations for the OT were a little high. You'll know better when you need a printer.
Good day, sir.
