24-year old Daniel Chambola was arrested around 10:30 Friday night, after an off-duty Louisiana State Policeman saw Chambola driving erratically near the West Monroe Walmart, driving at a high rate of speed, and at one point nearly hitting a three year old girl.
West Monroe Police stopped Chambola, arresting him on the suspicion he was driving while intoxicated.
He was booked on four charges: Reckless and careless operation, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
His bond is $13,250.
