Would have been nice if she'd kept some of those boobs.

After losing that much weight, those titties probably look like two, 20 yr old pillows hanging off her chest. All perkiness is lost.

All fat people WANT to be skinny.
All fat people have the ABILITY to be skinny.
MOST fat people do not have the DEDICATION required to be skinny.

Most people don't have the dedication to be skinny - most skinny people are that way by nature and not because they are all just amazingly dedicated people.

Can being lazy and making bad choices make you fat? Yes; I doubt anyone would argue that. But, there's plenty of skinny people that are lazy fricks and constantly make bad choices.

Some of us have to put a lot of effort into things that some of don't.

Most fat people aren't lazy though, they work and try to lose weight and do diet after diet, they just have bad genetics and are genetically unable to lose weight

Youth. Or, more likely, a combo of youth and surgery.

Where's the tattoo on her left "bird" finger in the before shots? Is this the same woman?

A couple I worked with both bought Fitbits. She was fat, he was tall and lanky. They posted their results each week on Facebook. He didn't do shite, she was killing it. After our three month company weight loss contest ... she only dropped like 15 pounds.

15lbs in three months kept up as a lifestyle change could be 60 in a year and 120 in two years. I don't understand why people think they're going to change their bodies quick. They're not 200lbs overweight after 6 months of living wrong, and they're not going to be in good shape after 6 months of living right.

This. 60 lbs in a year is fantastic. No one is willing to look long term though. It has to be immediate.

Hell it took the girl in the OP 4 years to lose 130 lbs.

That is basically 2.5 lbs per month.

It only takes a few calories over maintenance to gain weight. It adds on slowly. Naturally slim people only have slightly higher BMR's.

This is the biggest bunch of nonsense. Genetics determine where fat goes, not how much fat will be there.

How about I don't feed your fat arse for 2 weeks. You only get water. Then we'll see how quickly your "genetics" change.

You left out a huge part of it. What were the composition of their diets, sleeping habits, stress levels, etc.?

That is all irrelevant. 15 lbs in 3 months is great.

I don't believe that is in question. I think the issue is why the discrepancy between the two.
