He said specifically that we have to "untangle" the Dallas shooter's motives. These motives were stated specifically by the shooter himself, and they weren't tangled. He never said anything of the sort about Roof.

Once again, he is a community organizer through and through. He is of no substance and is a horrible leader on the national scale. He never had it in him to lead the country. His manner of speaking, the fact that he's black, white guilt, etc got him elected. Everything he's said has been an empty promise because he has no leadership capabilities. He's just good at firing people up about things
