Has anyone noticed the price of everyday products like food, clothes etc., prices drop because of the drop in oil and gas? Truck nuts excluded. Fricking milk, meat prices still high as giraffe pussy.

Nope and they won't drop.

But they sure as frick were quick to raise the prices when gas was $4+ a gallon. lots of items went up 25% due to "transportation costs"

Milk prices are government regulated, meat is likely in high demand for the holidays, and there is an egg shortage currently.

Cost to manufacturer that stuff is dirt cheap. The most expensive thing is transporting it around the world.

Milk is at 400% profit per gal

Oil (when gas was 3$) was at most 30% profit.

When the price of oil goes back up, you can bet prices will go up with it.

Really? I'm interested. Do you have a link for some info? I literally don't have the time to go to google and type in "egg shortage 2015."

I understand supply and demand, and the holiday bump. But like above poster stated, when gas was heading north, so were higher prices on everyday products.

It's a gimmicky item. I'll drink whole milk if I have a doughnut or am hung the F over with a big breakfast.

But to be slamming milk day in and out is just dumb.

I've actually noticed milk prices come down about 50 cents/gal over the last year or so.

That's old school.

I know some old dudes who crush up crackers and toss it in milk. Settles their stomach.

Price of crackers is plum frickin stupid now that I think about it.
