Are pinpoint pupils a for sure sign that a person has taken too much of it or does that happen even if they are taking the proper dosage?

Smart-arse answers are welcome here.

I would base whether a person took too much off of other symptoms.

Pinpoint pupils doesn't tell you much.

Dilaudid, huh?

Pinpoint pupils doesn't necessarily equate OD.

Do be very careful with it, though. It is much, much more potent than morphine is.

Thanks.

One other question; does it cause a person to start to stutter a lot more after they've been on it for a while?

Whoa...that's a pretty large dose.

Are they opiate tolerant?

And hey, Rouge!

Stuttering? It acts like any opiate, although strong one.

That could be a reaction to the sedative/analgesic aspects.

How old is this person? 8 mg 4x/day is a lot.

I work with smaller doses with kids though.

It's my dad and I'm not sure of his tolerance levels, but I've always thought he's taking too much.

His speech patterns just aren't what they used to be and he sleeps a lot more than he used to.

He was a pro wrestler and has had multiple surgeries on his neck because of it.
