Yea those odds are crazy. Just the ticket being at the same station is astronomical odds but the same guy buying both?
Something’s fricky. Ticket is probably legit but bet he has a connection to whoever makes the ticket, gets the ticket number that wins and the guy makes sure it goes to a certain location and the cashier sets it aside for him. Would be easy to do if you know the right people and pay them off

Yea that’s on the level of there was a glitch in the system for two to go there, and it’s just dumbfounding that he was still playing after the first win
