Non physical challenges for a 14 man competition? Determining draft order

Draft order is for our first season of a Fantasy Football Dynasty league
First one we have is: Flipping a solo red cup upside down, making a beer pong cup, then running to the cornhole station and making a single corn hole. Fastest time gets a 14, slowest gets a 1.
Second is long distance crochet shot..closest gets a 14, farthest gets a 1.
Most of us are in our mid 20s, but a few are over 40 & 50. So we are trying to limit the physical comps.

Dart Board - One throw each. Closest to bullseye gets 14, then 13, etc. To make it even longer, you could have a bracket tournament with each match at one throw each. Then split into winners/losers and continue to fill it out. That way someone will really have to earn it.

We do a lottery style drinking game.
14 identical cups on a table. A neutral party pours water in 13 of them, vodka or any clear liquor in 1.
We pick out of a hat for "who gets to grab a cup first". You have to grab the cup and slam it like a shot without smelling or looking.
First one to get vodka has to down it (about 3 shots worth), not vomit and then they are awarded with the 1st pick.
No skill, but wildy entertaining.

Our league chugs 40s of Mickeys right before the draft. Order of finish determines draft order. Anyone who throws up gets slotted last. Makes for an entertaining draft.
