I tried to tell folks companies like nike spend untold millions on market research and that everything about this Kaepernick fricker was and is exactly what Nike's target audience wants.

I buy Nike stuff pretty often and I strongly dislike the former 49ers quarterback

but the people who buy high-end Nike tennis shoes on a regular basis, are the same people who support Kaepernick

Or they’re just indifferent to the Kaepernick situation, could have any political party affiliation, and just happen to really like Nike products.

People buy his stuff for what ???? Lolol. Some people do not have much brains at all. Why support a man that does not want an NFL job and only wants attention? Those same fans should Go support Antonio brown as well. Those two will be standing outside a Walmart greeting people when their whining day is over

Colin Kaepernick is worth about 20 million dollars and his only getting richer. His "whining" pays.

You'll see colin Kaepernick standing outside a walmart the same day you stop shopping there. Which of course is never. Before it's all over with, this fricker will have his own show on ESPN.

And neither care. They're getting richer without you.

Great. That means NIKE is doubling down and spending money on this bitch. It should get their attention when they sell zero, none, nadda, ziltch of those shoes!

That shoe will flop just as fast as he did. frick Colin Kaeperdick.

As someone in their early 30s, good business move by Nike.

I couldn't care less who they endorse or not. I was buying Under Armour for years anyway because I think they have a better product.

Nike knew what they were doing. The only people actually boycotting were people who never bought Nike in the first place

It’s bc of the stock market not fake victim Kaepernick. That won’t stop the lib sports media narrative.

I always bought nike but no more. Neither my wife nor my kids either

They have decided to play the race card and go against whites as a part of a grand scheme to corrupt the police forces of America to carry out violence against blacks.

Would they buy a shoe with his logo, or just buy another Nike product?

In any event, what you are saying is more proof of how dumb a call for a boycott was, and how out of touch some boomers are.

This is the same silly, narrow minded and narrow world view shite that came from all these people who believed nike would suffer after marrying colin kaepernick. As though the 40 something and over MAGA white male determines all free market outcomes.

Nike knows exactly what it's doing and they know they will sell mass fricking quantities of these shoes. Especially if they cost 150 dollars or more.

So you say that shoe will "flop"? Well nike and Kaepernick make for a couple of really good frick buddies and so far, they've gotten richer for it.

You and everyone else needs to let go of your nike failure fantasies. It ain't gonna happen.

Nike marketing wanted to make "BLACK LIVES MATTER" their marketing campaign a couple of years ago but settled for "EQUALITY." instead when they went for final signoff and some of the EVPs and CEO objected.

They have some real radicals running their marketing

My friend was and NBA agent, and has over 400 pair. He knocked out a wall of a bedroom in his house to make a giant shoe closet.
