my marathon is in another 2 months. taking a week off now due to a slight injury, but im still on track for it.

Made the resolution to lose 30 lbs this year.
So far I'm only down 8 but I'm still working on it, so I guess I've kept it.

I resolved to attend a strength and conditioning workout class twice a week and have kept to it.

Lose weight but the side effect has been that I have been feeling so much better in general. The extra spare change is not bad either.
