I bought my son a 2005 F-150 truck and he wants to upgrade the radio. He would like something with Bluetooth for hands free phone use and to play Pandora. We are just changing the radio and keeping the stock speakers. What type(brand) of radio would the OT suggest?
TIA!

Honestly if you're keeping the stock speakers then it doesn't matter which brand you go with as long as you recognize the name.

Get him a '60 Plymouth Fury that plays 45s.
It'll build character in him.

Best Advice, you may pay a lil more but the service is great and installation materials are included.

Son
2005 truck
This instance is made for wal mart. Go there, they'll have 6-10 stereos all set up so he can play with them and hear them. They'll all be easy to install and be between 100$-150$

agree completely...I have bought from them since high school and have never been disappointed
their website and their sales people are the most helpful I have ever dealt with.

I put a Jensen Heavy Duty JHD3630BT in my truck. We run this same radio in all of our equipment and it holds up well in harsh environments. The Bluetooth is easy to set up and it is also Sirius/Xm ready. Jenson

I use to rock the Blaupunkt with JBL speakers. I would change the speakers before I change the deck.
