Had just pulled into the S.O.D. parking lot at OPP when the shooter drove by.

I was parked facing the wall of the prison and heard the first shots at Tulane and Broad. Couldn't tell which car it was when it drove past until it slowed at the overpass, mainly because I had to look over my shoulder through the tint.
