New issues with ads on mobile

I've noticed recently that there are now some ads on mobile sites that pop open when trying to scroll past them.

These type of ads, usually embedded between paragraphs in articles, will open if you accidentally touch them while scrolling. I'm not talking about touching them and picking up your finger (this always opened them). These new ads (which so far open in the play store) open even if you keep your finger on the screen and try to scroll.

So fricking aggravating. And there is not an easy solution that I've found for adequate ad blocking on Android (my att s6 can't be jail broken). Mobile Internet is almost unusable because of ads these days.
