For real. If he tells you to frick off to your face, then you go from there. More often than not, they will lower it.
I wonder if they just started living by each other. I knew my neighbors at that age to the point of knowing they would have no problem asking me to keep the noise down.

Or like I said he could have liquid assed his air vents. It would have cleared out the party pretty fast. No one wants to party with the smell of sun baked shite, rotting animal carcasses, and vomit.
