Operator side. Won't represent landowners typically.

Excellent lawyers, though.

Ftr, Judge Holden is the name of a fictional character. I am not a judge.

I thought that you were a real Judge. Isn't there a Judge Holden, somewhere?

Yes. Fictional character in Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. Very evil character.

Ha!

We didn't read much in high school. And standard English was rarely heard.

Oh, it wasn't assigned. My parents had a huge collection and I loved to read. I would just pick a book and read it. Blood Meridian was one of them. Let's just say the book was not what I expected.

I just looked it up. It looks pretty good. Should I give it a read?

On the long side, but if you liked Blood Meridian, you might like this.

And, since we've really hijacked this thread -- I'm reading Master of Go by Yasunari Kawabata.

I did enjoy Blood Meridian. I like the Western genre, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

I've actually talked about how I needed to get back to true leisure reading. I've been so busy and an escape would do me some good.

I'm sure Mr Hingle is a fine attorney. But he doesn't look like an oil and gas lawyer.
