. But the only way a pug is going around an LSU lake is in a car!

My pug would go hiking with me all the time. 5 mile hikes....he loved it. Just have to bring plenty of water for him and know when he needs a break.

Yeah, pugs are sturdy as shite. You can punt a pug, and it will be fine.

The best kind of dog you can get is a mixed breed dog. Go adopt a mixed breed dog and he/she will be the most loyal, loving dog you ever had.

At least the Dobe is intelligent. OP needs a French Bulldog, he would be overrun with chicks.

MINIATURE SCHNAUZER
Here is dog breed who’s got it all in one small package: intelligence, affection, an extroverted temperament, humor, and a personality that’s twice as big as he is. Throw in that walrus moustache and quivering enthusiasm, and he’ll make you laugh every day. With a Miniature Schnauzer in the house, you’ll never be alone, not even when you go to the bathroom. He’s got personality-plus, and whether he’s bounding around ahead of you or curled up snoozing on your lap, you’ll never be bored with him around.

No shite.

Throw a Doberman in the bed of a King Ranch and cruise Livingston Parish like a real man.

Border Collie... default winner for "most intelligent" but it is HOW MUCH MORE INTELLIGENT that is the kicker. They truly have no peers. Border Collies are said to have the ability of 1000 word vocabularies (understand and respond to) compared to the average of 165 for other breeds. I don't know if I could go back to other breeds... they all seem just plain dumb after spending 14 years with a BC. They are ultra compliant and live to please their master.

The ASPCA will be in contact with you soon. Pug abuse.

Just kidding. We have three pugs and they are not fond of snow. Or cold. Or rain.
