Maybe the Wooden Boat Festival in Madisonville? They have a "quick and dirty" boat building contest. It will improve your teamship. THEN and only then you go to the City for the Cubanos, hookers and Scotch.
Maybe finish it off with Breakfast at Dot's Diner.
Then do the second and third step over again two more days.

You are a good sport, and beautiful, I know I don't have to tell you to ignore the internet losers, and I will offer my advice.
My friends and I did a bachelor party in Nola last year, all we did was go to the gold mine( bar near bourbon) and had the time of our lives, not sure if your looking for a party atmosphere, but if you are it's about as good as it gets, hope that helps
