Need cool lighting/furniture ideas for a large office space

Our division of IT is moving to a new building across town in a few months. We're leaving a space we like a lot (secluded, natural light/no fluorescents, cozy) and occupying a 4000 sqft room with high ceilings and only fluorescent lighting.
We have 4 software development teams (8-9 per team) and a few other roles moving in, for a total of 38 people. These are our desks: LINK They'll be on casters and allow for easy reconfiguration in the room. I'm using Screenflex room dividers to carve out a few private work areas, and a gaming lounge with a couch and some comfy chairs, 60" tv, and Xbox1.
We like the idea of open space, but hate the lighting situation. I have a reasonable budget for furniture and supplemental lighting ($15,000, maybe more), but I can't seem to find my creative gear on this subject.
Any suggestions for lighting and cool furniture options would be appreciated. Thanks!
