Need advice about reselling roofing shingles

I have a voucher for shingles related to flood last year. I have no use for shingles any longer. Now I am reselling them to a roofer, whom I need to purchase from manufacturer.
In such an arrangement, would be a fair discount to take off of the market value of the shingle? I hear 25%. So if they are worth $2000 I sell them for $1500. Does that seem reasonable? Thank you in advance

The obligatory question: why are you buying a roofer from a manufacturer?

So you want to sell a voucher for shingles to a roofer?
Price the voucher at 50% of its value and it may sell.

I had defective shingles prior to selling my house so had roof replaced in order to sell it. It took months to receive ruling from manufacturer. Now I have product voucher but don't need product.

What kind of shingles do you have? I have atlast chalet and they are defective. I'm just trying to figure out how you got ge manufacturer to pay for it because they are being a-holes to me. About to go the legal route.

Tamko. It took months to get "decision" from them with samples and pics and a good deal of work. A good 5 months between the initial claim and when I got the voucher, which of course is only a fraction of true cost of them being defective. They prorated the time they were installed off a 30 year warranty.
