Pro Tip Rule of Thumb: Never buy a mattress from somewhere you can't physically return it. Yeah, you'll "save" money.

I have bought online before, received damaged and had nowhere to dispute. I used it a year and chunked it.

I always want to retain the right to throw the thing back out front their store.

Sleep Number. Some love them, some hate them. My wife and I love ours. It's been excellent for about 8 years. Still going strong.

I don’t know where you bought from, but you’re not saving money buying a Helix and you won’t have that experience with them.

Not for a mattress of that design. That’s right about what all “hybrid” style mattresses cost. You can spend as much as you want, but anymore than $2500 and you’re getting ripped off.

After months of research and being 100% certain I did not want a bed in a box (just don't do it), we went with Saatva classic in plush soft for side sleepers and we havent slept better in over a decade

Pro tip if you don’t care about karma. Buy a Casper mattress from Amazon then return it. They do not take returned mattresses due to Covid. You keep the mattress and they refund you for the mattress.

There are a ton of places that do this now (every bed in a box company we looked at). Their refund policy is that you donate it to an organization and provide them with proof of donation.

Think about that....their product is not even worth re-packaging and stuffing in a box and people are spending $2000 on it.

2 years ago I did tons of research and landed on a hybrid Allswell medium-firm. It was awesome for 6 months then went to shite.

About 2 months ago we got the firm Tempurpedic via Costco. For the first month we were very happy. The last 4 weeks have been miserable after it "broke in".

Next week we have Costco picking it up for a full refund while they drop off the firm Sealy Response Carver. Hopefully it works out.

Personally, I feel like it's a shot in the dark to actually get something that works for you and has longevity.

My only recommendation is doing it through Costco. They will drop it off and pick it up free of charge for 90 days.

Good luck.

Saatva offers 365 days to test it out. Free delivery. Will haul your old mattress and foundation at no additional cost.

I suggest getting a large sack and stuffing all of your cash in it.

Many direct to consumer brands say the same with a variation of timelines, but when you go to exercise it they are unresponsive. Then, right around 369 days, they reach out.

A tale as old as time.

It happened to me with the Allswell.

You're talking about a 90 day guarantee vs a 365 day guarantee. Will it be fully guarantee able in 362 days...I don't know.

What I can tell you is that we have had our mattress since December and this week I had someone call me and ask me if I was still happy with my purchase. BUT, if you feel safer with 90 days than 365, you can always go that route. I wouldn't but you certainly can.
