I need a rough estimate on what replacing some stucco on two dormers on my house would cost... not overly large dormers, regular size....

have some cracks that need to either be repaired before sale or decrease the price of the house...

Why does it need to be replaced? I don't see pictures. Fix cracks, paint to match as close as possible/ pass purchasers inspections could be somewhere from $3,500-$5,000, that should be pretty close, but could always be less depending on condition or higher if wood damage behind stucco etc. I would not advise lowering the price, they are going to use it as a way to further beat you upnon price and you will lose way more than the cost to make repairs. Where are you located?
