Naps are way underrated

Just woke up from a 2 hour power nap.
I feel much better than I did when I woke up at 630 this morning.
Hoping to start drinking here in a little bit.
Nice to wake up and see LSU winning.

I cant nap during the day. If I take a 30 minutes nap, I'm up all night

I usually don't either but I only got 4 hours of sleep Thursday night, drank all day yesterday and didn't get much sleep last night. I had to be up at 630 this morning. My body can't function like it used to.

I hate naps. They make me want to commit first degree murder when I wake up. I would like to be able too nap sometimes. Just can't.

If I'm at home, my game days mirror the marching band. Watch the first half, make it part of the way through halftime, fall asleep for a quick nap, and wake up towards the end of the third ready to go. Doesn't matter what time kickoff is. I also have a similar schedule for baseball games. I'm usually asleep for the 5th and 6th innings.

I drive a lot for work. Sometimes if I'm passing back by my house, I'll take a one hour power nap for the next leg. Waking up sucks but I feel amazing about 10 minutes later
