Naked man cruising Mandeville lakefront in Cadillac is arrested

A Mandeville man cruising naked in his Cadillac along Lakeshore Drive was arrested Tuesday for obscenity, police said. The arrest marks the second the force has made this summer for that crime.
Keith A. Cangiamilla, 51, 2225 Prairie St., was booked with one count of the crime, police said.
Mandeville police said they received calls about a naked man exposing himself and masturbating in public in the 1700 block of Lakeshore Drive around 6:30 p.m., typically a time of day when the lakefront is packed with people.
Officers responded and as Cangiamilla tried to drive away in his 2003 black Cadillac the officers closed in. They discovered a stark naked Cangiamilla behind the wheel, according to reports.
