Fat fricking piece of shite.
And tell me this isn't some shady shite:
quote:
It states, the trustee, Tasha Clark Amar, shall pay herself from the trust a compensation of $500 per month for services rendered as a trustee. Records show that will happen for the next 21 years until the oldest beneficiary turns 30.
quote:
The family says Mrs. Plummer and her husband worked in the railroad industry and saved a good bit of money. Her estate had $300,000 in liquid assets according to the family at the time of her death.
And tell me this isn't some shady shite:
quote:
In July of last year, Plummer signed documents that were drawn up by attorney and the agency's board member, Dorothy Jackson. The documents made Clark Amar - the agency's director - the overseer of Plummer's estate. Jackson admitted to WBRZ, she wrote the document and even notarized it. The family didn't have a clue it existed, until they said they got a call from Clark Amar less than 24 hours after Plummer's death.

Remember when the CATS tax got approved, a black man was the head of CATS. The white business community attacked the agency. He resigned. They hired a white man with no transit experience to run CATS. That man has since resigned and we never got a better bus service. The attacks on the Council on Aging has less to do with bad leadership and more to do with white leaders not wanting blacks in charge of the tax dollars.
Two leaders at CoA got caught doing absolutely disgusting things. He wants to ignore that to create another wedge race issue to divide the city so he can gain political prominence.

The children and grandchildren are going to wipe the floor with those crooks in Court.

Wasn't the CATS director Gary is referencing busted paying his cable bill from his CATS credit card?

That big black biscuit just compared the questionable business expenses(mostly lunches and dinners) of Doug Welborn to WRITING YOURSELF INTO AN ELDERLY WOMAN'S WILL.
You can't do shite but laugh at this ball of dough.

I was upset the tax passed but understood the political forces at play. This is a whole new level.
So was I, and I do understand how this works; but what does that say about our parish leadership?
Where was Kip, Broome, the Council, BRAC, BRAF, and our state leaders?
Basically we gave 8 million dollars to a private group who has proven they can't manage dick, and now we expect what?
But this isn't the first time, the same people sit idly while CATS got 20 million a year based on promises which they can't keep.
Nobody speaks out, nobody does a damn thing. It's really sad because we need a good transit system, we need to take care of the elderly that can't help themselves and people vote for that. It just doesn't get taken care of properly.

They may be lucky to end up in jail.
If granny's descendants aren't fine upstanding citizens they may take matters into their own hands. And I wouldn't vote to convict them.

So if it comes out that all this will writing and notarizing happened on the clock, would that qualify as payroll fraud?

Abuse of the elderly and infirm?
What type of criminal charges can be pursued?

When caught with your hand in the cookie jar there's always one move left, in this case its play the race card.
Why are they picking on me?
Heck I didn't even know it was a black who did all of this maneuvering, and I was outraged.

I'd love to hear exactly how she justifies making herself the executor of the estate, let alone paying herself half the estate's value in fees.
How much work exactly is tied up in administering this estate?
