My neighbors see my flag every night

Third night of our flag lit up across the street from our Ole Miss neighbors (their's is the house in the background)! Every day and night they come back home, they see it flying! 
How long should I keep the light on it?

Thinking this tonight, but oh so sweet. Does it matter that their porch lights are red and colonel Black BeaReb hangs all redded up all night?

Replace the light with legit butane fire lamps. Get a bigger flag and put a fountain under it with purple and gold lights in it.
