She is referring to two separate people. She isn't saying her ex was a relative.
After reading the article, she might have been raped. Not enough detail to know.
That said, beating up the guy was pretty lame.

I should have been more specific. You described being blackout drunk. I wasn't talking about that. I'm referring to two drunk people fooling around and waking up the next day regretting it or feeling guilty.
If that's rape then I'm pretty sure a few women have taken advantage of me.
