I’m very sorry for your loss. This really hit my heart this morning while reading it.
I’m extremely blessed to have neighbours like you Lonnie. My wife and I have lived next door to two of the most loving people on Gods green earth for 34 years.
They’re both in their upper 70’s and in frail health. We know our time with them on this side of heaven is short and reading this has me in tears.
I’m praying for the peace of God to rest on his wife and children.
Lonnie, I’m praying for you, your family and those in the surrounding area to be all that his wife will need in the days ahead. That’s how expressing the love of Christ is demonstrated!
I hope everyone reading this has what you and I have experienced. Knowing and loving great neighbours!
May the Lord grant everyone mercy and grace today!
Thank you very much Smitty. I appreciate the prayers.

Went to a nursing home last week to help a friend deliver water there, he has a water business. Man that is a sad, sad environment. People are just waiting to die around strangers. The look on their faces when they see strangers, it's like they are hoping it's someone they know.

death is certain life is not…
More like death is an illusion. True life is eternal. Death is just like taking off a worn out set of clothes.

Yep, went to see my uncle and my aunt was giving us the 411 on all of the patients. Coaches, bankers, ect just waiting to die.
Neighbor across the street is from Wisconsin and we rarely see his kids (couple years ago they came down). He walks twice a day and i start calling if we dont see him, also now has some kind of cancer.
