Not implying this happened to Blue, but way , way too many dog owners just "let them out for a few minutes" and the dogs dart out into traffic.

Dang. Reminds me of my dog Rosie. Also a rescue. Gonna be a rough day when I lose her. Sorry for your loss.

My cousin off 42 was behind these people and they hit a dog a few nights ago. It flew over their roof they hit it so hard (so I was told). I'm not trying to be insensitive but hopefully its not the same dog. I would want to know if it was quick and this certainly was.
Those skittish types can become some of the best dogs after some time has passed in a good home. Nice to know he had one. Sorry for your loss.
