Compare Google images for 'Red Mange in humans' and 'psoriasis'. They are very similar. Mange is caused by mites and would certainly be cured by Ivermectin.

He needs to see a dermatologist. It can develop into PsA and having the documentation of whem it started and how he has treated it is important. Source: I have PsA and it is a biatch
