I honestly can't remember her or Latoya even mentioning it, at least recently. But, at least in New Orleans with the recent election, it seems it isn't a priority for much of the population.

Sharon Weston Broome column: Baton Rouge is improving in a hard struggle against violent crime

Everything is fine according to her…

”Baton Rouge remains on a positive trajectory in our efforts to reduce violent crime.” Sharon Weston Broome

Uncharted territory now. Who knows, with a warmer December and a few more scores to settle before the new year, we may be able to crack 175.

If you guys would get the damn shot we could go back to normal murder numbers. That’s 30 extra lives on your conscience.

If they could actually shoot, attrition would eventually cause the murder numbers to burn out.

Hard to keep killing each other if you do it at a pace that far exceeds replacement.

Baton Rouge shooting threads are about as tiresome as vaccine threads.

Seems like there have been a lot of them the past few years on Burbank. Harry Drive is Mall City so that's not surprising. I used to work in Bon Carre on the Harry Drive side. It's ghetto as hell.
