Mr. Garrison orders water from Wendy's and discloses the location of the beef

Deputies said Garrison drove up to the window and ordered a glass of water at 1 a.m. Friday and when the worker opened the window, Garrison was touching himself inappropriately.
The workers took pictures and video of the incident and called 911, according to the report.

I think driving thru and ordering a glass of water is the bigger crime. I would have been like "Dude, put your fricking balls away and at least order a frosty next time"

So what if this was Louisiana? A car is an extension of your home, so would the Wendy's workers be charged with criminal voyeurism?
